This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services booked through primetaxi-iceland.com.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the booking may be treated as non-refundable.

2. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location within a reasonable waiting period and cannot be reached using the contact details provided, the booking may be considered a no-show and will be non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The booking is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation deadline
  • The service cannot be provided by Prime Taxi Iceland
  • A duplicate payment or incorrect charge has been confirmed

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

  • Late cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup
  • No-show bookings
  • Incorrect booking details submitted by the customer that affect service delivery
  • Delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.

6. Complaints and Service Issues

If you believe there was a problem with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled service date. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
